Behavior Policy & Liability Disclaimer

Ms. Zee is an experienced craft teacher who fosters an environment rooted in kindness, compassion, creativity, and fun. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, a clear behavior policy is in place.

Ms. Zee employs a three-strike system for inappropriate or disruptive conduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Use of profanity or lewd language

• Mean, disrespectful, or bullying language directed toward Ms. Zee or fellow students

• Intentional destruction of materials or projects

• Stealing or tampering with class supplies

• Any other behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by Ms. Zee

Upon the third documented incident ("strike"), the student will be dismissed from Dazzling Disney Crafts without refund. In the event of significant misconduct, dismissal may occur immediately and at Ms. Zee’s sole discretion. If supplies are damaged or stolen, the parent, guardian, or event host shall be held financially responsible for repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

Furthermore, any intentional behavior that severely distracts from the learning environment or compromises the safety of others may result in immediate dismissal without refund, regardless of the number of prior incidents.

Ms. Zee maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for physical violence, threats, or any form of hate speech (including but not limited to speech targeting race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, disability, or sexual orientation). Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the class, with no refund issued under any circumstances.

By enrolling a student in Dazzling Disney Crafts, parents, guardians, and/or event hosts acknowledge and agree to these terms, and understand that participation is at the sole discretion of Ms. Zee. While Ms. Zee has never had to remove a student from class, she reserves the right to do so in order to maintain a safe, positive learning space for all.

Accessibility & Special Needs Disclaimer

At Dazzling Disney Crafts, Ms. Zee strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children. However, please note that Ms. Zee is not licensed or specially trained to provide services for children with disabilities or significant special needs.

While she does her best to accommodate a range of abilities, some students may require individualized support beyond what can be reasonably provided in a group class setting. If your child has unique physical, behavioral, or developmental needs, Ms. Zee kindly asks that you reach out prior to enrollment so we can determine whether the Dazzling Disney Craft class environment is a suitable fit.

In certain cases, participation may only be possible with the presence of a qualified aide or parent/guardian. Ms. Zee reserves the right to determine if a student’s needs require accommodations that exceed the class's capacity and to decline or discontinue participation if their presence poses a safety risk or causes significant disruption to the learning environment of other students.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that Dazzling Disney Crafts class and Ms. Zee are not responsible for providing specialized care or services, and that participation is at Ms. Zee’s discretion based on the needs of the class as a whole.
